Today I have a guest on for our Friday show! We’ve had Shannon Algeo on our IGNTD Relationships podcast before to discuss embracing change and living your life’s purpose, but in today’s episode, we’re going to be looking at finding your purpose after addiction.
Shannon is a meditation teacher, a life coach, a motivational speaker, and runs the podcast, Soulfeed, with his co-host, Alex Kip. A lot of his work revolves around helping others discover their purpose and helping others to heal their old patterns of trauma so they can show up powerfully in the world.
As we talk about in today’s episode, quitting can actually be the easy part. Living life in a way that maintains your new way of living after addiction, in reality, is the hardest part. But the good news is: we have the solution. Discovering your life’s purpose brings that meaning to your life that is so key in maintaining your new lifestyle after addiction. So if you or someone you know is struggling with life after addiction, this is a not-to-miss episode to learn all about the purpose of purpose!
