Right now we’re in the midst of the global COVID-19 pandemic. With this in mind, self-care and wellbeing are even more important than ever. We all want to feel more comfortable in our skin, to feel more grounded and balanced, and to release additional stress. What’s key for this is to understand what our own definition of wellbeing is and in today’s episode, we explore exactly that.
