I know how difficult it can be to create change in your life. Especially in the face of unexpected situations or challenges — these curveballs life throws at us. It is so crucial, no matter where you are in life or your recovery, that you are equipped to be able to deal with these and not let them completely throw you off your track.
In my current life right now, I have been presented with one of these curveballs so I thought it would be the perfect opportunity to take you through how I am preparing for it in order to stay on track and feel comfortable in the decisions I have made around it.
