We’re coming to you today a couple of days before the summer solstice to explore some heavy topics; sticking with the theme of exploring the relationship between our biology, body, and physical nature with our spirituality and psychology.

In this episode, we’re joined by Kate Van Horn. Kate is a business coach, entrepreneur, yoga instructor, Tarot reader, and mentor for women. She also co-founded and runs The GOOD Fest — a wellness festival that will not only challenge and excite you, but leave you happier, healthier, and more fulfilled than when you arrived.

Kate really shares her heart and soul with us in this episode. She talks about her early childhood trauma that has impacted the rest of her life (and continues to) — from sexual abuse to eating disorders and feeling disconnected from her body. She shares many of the deep struggles she has been through and how developing intuitive practices, her spirituality, and honoring her body through food and movement led her to find tremendous relief.

Tune in as Kate provides real, actionable tips for letting go, moving past your guilt, recognizing patterns that are hurting you, living your authentic self, and how to emerge from your darkness so you can make a greater impact on the world.
