Dec 26, 2018

Since it’s the last podcast of 2018, we want to chat about the theme of December, which is all about going inward and connecting with contraction energy so we can expand into the next best version of who we’re supposed to be in the new year. Cutting out what doesn’t serve you, creating healthy boundaries, and making the commitment to live your best life is the best gift you can give yourself going into 2019.

And our guest today, Amy Duncan, made this commitment several years ago and we’re so happy to be able to now interview her best self! Amy is the founder and CEO of Mowellens, a conscious CBD wellness company. She’s a wellness warrior with a mission to inspire others to live their best life through simple, clean, plant-based products.

In this episode, not only do we get into the topic of Amy’s brand, Mowellens, and the power behind CBD — we also get into a much deeper conversation around Amy’s personal journey, her relationship, and the inspiration behind Mowellens and what led her to this point.
