Can you remember what it was like being a kid and having a pretty limited set of worries? Now, I can barely remember a time at all like that existing for me. Life is full from the moment I wake up to the moment I fall asleep now. And suddenly everything is catching up for me and I’m exhausted. Have you ever been here?

If you’re anything like me, you’ve only realized how busy and overwhelmed you are when it’s already too late and you’re ready to collapse from exhaustion. So that’s what I want to focus on today: the lessons I’ve learned from reaching this point of exhaustion and overwhelm, the things I have put in place to counteract it, and the system I use currently to prevent myself from tipping that scale. I’m going to help you identify when you’re heading towards this place of overwhelm, help you put tools in place so you know what to do when you’re there, and provide some proactive steps you can to take to make it doesn’t happen to you again.
