IGNTD

May 27, 2020

It’s the end of the month, so you know what that means! We’re going deep! To wrap up the end of this month we’re going to be exploring the topic of expanding your understanding of the body/mind connection.

We had some seriously powerhouse guests this past month so we’re super excited to dive into this episode and reflect on some of the key learnings and takeaways they shared with us all. We explored biohacking with Andy Mant, dove into how to truly be happy with Gretchen Rubin, and took a look into the world of psychedelics and healing with Dr. Will Siu. All of them were incredible, expansive, genuine humans who are impacting the world of wellness in their own ways and today, we’re bringing it all together.

We’re sharing the lessons we learned, the ways we’ve brought their teachings into our own lives, and some of our favorite key takeaways. We discuss self-care, boundaries, growing pains, gratitude, fitting in vs. finding your own path, getting out of stagnancy, mental health, wellness, building habits, psychedelics, recharging, becoming comfortable with the uncomfortable, and much, much more!
