IGNTD

Feb 14, 2018

oday’s episode is a Valentine’s Day special all about love — self-love, love in a relationship, and expanding what your ideas about love may be. We’ve got an incredible guest today, Alexandra Roxo, who will rock your world. We go there this episode — so, you probably don’t want your kids listening in to this one.

For the past 15 years of her life, Alexandra has primarily worked as an artist and has always had an intense fascination with all things spiritual and sexual. She’s spent time as a filmmaker, a writer, a photographer — but now, primarily works as a healer and mentor. Alexandra’s goal is to help other people step into their sexuality and to work through healing, trauma, transformation, embodiment, and empowerment.

As you’re listening to this episode, we urge you to keep an open mind and heart and try to experience it without judgment. We all have different experiences with our sexuality and in this episode, Alexandra gives us hers. Whether you’re single or in a relationship this is a great episode for you!

Relationship Tip of the Week

Alexandra’s tip: Get out your journal and pen this Valentine’s day! Write out the things that turn you on, the things you find sexy or erotic, the things you want to try, and the things that make you feel the most connected. Spend time doing field research and really proving yourself right or wrong. Ask yourself, ‘Is this really who I am? Or is this social conditioning?’ And enjoy the hell out of the journey!
